Withdrawal of Prospectus

Beachfront Resources Limited – Prospectus Website Notice/Disclaimer

Beachfront Resources Ltd ACN 147 049 401 (“Beachfront”) lodged a prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (“ASIC”) on 23rd September 2011 (“Original Prospectus”) and lodged a replacement prospectus with ASIC on 30th September 2011 (“Replacement Prospectus”). Beachfront lodged a supplementary prospectus with the ASIC on 22 December 2011 ("Supplementary Prospectus") to extend the closing date under the Offer to 8 March 2012 (together the "Prospectus"). The expiry date of the Prospectus is the date that is 13 months from the date of the Original Prospectus.

The Company wishes to advise that on 13 February 2012, it lodged a Second Supplementary Prospectus advising ASIC that the Company is withdrawing its Prospectus and discontinuing the Offer.

Accordingly, the Company will not be accepting further applications for shares under the Offer, which had previously been scheduled to close on 8 March 2012, and has withdrawn its application for admission to the Official List of the ASX.

All application monies that have been received will be refunded in full. As stated in the Prospectus, no interest is payable on refunded Application monies
